Refund Policy

Refund Procedure:

1. Advance payments for orders are not fully refundable. However, if we fail to deliver the product within the stipulated time or due to any problem on our end, the refund will be processed within 3 to 10 working days.
2. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used (SSL/MFS/Bank Transfer).

Refund Deadline:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS - bKash, Nagad, Rocket): 3 working days
• Bank Transfer: 5 working days
• SSL: 10 working days

*Note: Refund periods apply to working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For products purchased directly from our outlets, refunds require returning the product after consulting our support team. Refund processing begins after product eligibility verification.

For online pickup orders, the refund period starts from the order cancellation date.

For courier returns, the refund process starts after we receive the returned product and verify eligibility.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility:

• Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the product.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
• Some products such as protectors, discounted, or campaign items may not be returnable.
• Products that cannot be repaired or serviced under warranty are eligible for return only.
• For online returns, a complete unboxing video (start to finish, uninterrupted) is required.

Return Shipping:

• Customers pay return shipping unless due to our error (wrong product or defect), in which case Gad Cheap covers costs.
• Returns must be sent via Sundarban Courier outside Dhaka; within Dhaka, return to any Gad Cheap Care outlet.
• Provide a complete packaging video when shipping returns.
