Warranty Terms for Smart Devices

Apple devices (iPhone 16 & 15 series, MacBook, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods Pro 2nd gen) are covered by Apple 1 Year International Warranty. Gadcheap will claim this at our responsibility; no hidden charge will be applied.

Important Guidelines:

  • Buyer must verify device Active/Inactive status and visible issues (scratches, defects, color variance, box/accessories) before leaving the outlet. Later complaints on these matters will not be accepted. Unboxing video is recommended when requested.
  • Gadcheap is not liable for certain global software/hardware issues that only the manufacturer can fix.
  • Gadcheap will not accept liability for display/hardware/battery/overheating issues that arise after an Operating System update.
  • Please check whether the phone is blacklisted before purchase.
  • USA sales region phones have a higher chance of becoming blacklisted. Purchase from USA-region devices is optional and at the buyer's own risk; Gadcheap will not be responsible for later blacklisting.

Device Warranty Coverage:

  • 10-day warranty applies on visible issues (excluding display-touch and software issues) for Smartphones / Tablets / TVs (except certain Amazon tablets).
  • Additionally, a 1-year free service warranty (parts/hardware excluded) applies for Smartphone/Tablet/TV: servicing (not parts replacement) will be free. If parts need replacing, the buyer must pay for the part(s). Gadcheap will cover the installation charge.
  • Due to pandemics or exceptional complications, warranty claims may take 3 to 45 working days to process.

Accessory Warranty Terms:

  • Official-warranty accessories (smartwatch, AirPods, power adapters, cables, Bluetooth speakers, etc.) require keeping the original box and warranty sticker to claim warranty. Accessory claims can take 3 to 45 working days.
  • Non-warranty products have a 3-day warranty (excluding display/touch, liquid damage, physical damage, electrical short, or box damage).
  • For Samsung Watch/Buds and non-Apple accessories (Watch, AirPods, Pencil, Mouse, Keyboard that are not under Apple 1-year), a 10-day repair warranty applies (same exclusions). Claims may take 3 to 45 working days.

General Notes:

  • Sold products are refundable. If no visible issue is found or customer changes mind, an exchange can be done under Gadcheap's exchange policy with a price deduction from minimum 10% up to 25% depending on condition.
  • Warranty replacement is available only if a product cannot be repaired. Replacement is limited to a single instance and requires the product to be returned in pristine condition.
  • If a courier-delivered product has issues, report to customer support within 24 hours of receipt: +8609613048048 (Call) | +8801711728428 (WhatsApp).
  • For courier purchases, Unboxing video must start from Gadcheap's official box/sticker and include connection/initial testing so it can serve as proof later.

To claim warranty, present invoice/bill and box with warranty sticker in-person at our Customer Care.
